Join FRA and ASLRRA for this comprehensive two-day training seminar covering 49 CFR Part 219 Drug and Alcohol Training, including content addressing the recent inclusion of certain mechanical employees to federal testing. Presented by FRA Drug and Alcohol Program Specialist, Sam Noe, the seminar will provide an in-depth review of Part 219, covering all sections of the rule and requirements for all railroads and contractors and including interactive discussion of rule requirements and practices. Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in detailed discussions with presenters and fellow attendees; all attendee questions are welcome and will be addressed directly by subject matter experts.

Daily Training, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Downtown Phoenix North. Registration includes two days of training with lunch and refreshment breaks provided in the meeting area. Hotel guests also receive complimentary daily cooked-to-order breakfast and an evening cocktail reception with drinks and refreshments. Reduced parking rates are available to meeting attendees staying at the hotel, guests may arrange parking upon check-in. A block of rooms has been set aside and training will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, Phoenix Downtown North, located at 10 East Thomas Road in Phoenix, AZ.
