If you receive solicitations from any other vendors identifying themselves as the official ASLRRA housing representative or partner, they are NOT authorized to sell guest rooms for the event. Please contact Amy Westerman immediately. See more info on hotel poaching scams below.
Only registered attendees will be able to book hotel rooms within the ASLRRA block. Booking your hotel room within our block at the hotel(s) listed below helps us to avoid penalties by not filling our block(s). Be sure to use the link provided or provide the group code (if available) when booking your reservation by phone.
If you are a federal employee looking for a room at the government rate room, contact Amy Westerman.

Most poaching agencies do not have a contract with any hotels for room blocks. They will contact a housing wholesaler, such as Expedia, Priceline, etc. to see if rooms are available that they can mark up and sell to unsuspecting guests.
Hotel poachers will claim to be an ASLRRA "partner" or the "official housing company" and will sometimes ask that your room be paid in full, up front. Room poachers often don't deliver on promises to attendees. When guests arrive, the reservations are often non-existent or the hotels are far from the event location. Sometimes, hefty cancellation charges are billed to your credit card. Poachers often represent themselves as being affiliated with the expo or conference by illegally using trademarked logos.
Only ASLRRA registered attendees can book within the conference's room block.
Years before every ASLRRA annual conference, we negotiate contracts with hotels that include clauses to protect our attendees should any issues arise with reservations.
Please note: If a room is booked outside of the official ASLRRA conference room block, we are unable to help. If you are unsure whether something is legitimate, please contact Amy Westerman at (202) 585-3449 before providing your personal, company or credit card information.
