Purchasing a booth at a trade show is a major commitment and there are numerous stages of planning and execution involved. Below are a few checklist items to ensure you have a productive show.

Heritage Trade Show Services will be our official trade show contractor/decorator again this year. Exhibitor Show Kit will be emailed soon after booth purchase.

Each 10 x 10 booth includes:

• One complimentary attendee registration with option to purchase additional registrations at a discounted rate
• 8’ high back wall drape and 3’ high side divider
• Pre- and post-show attendee list to promote your participation
• Company listing on official conference mobile app and digital floorplan
• Special 2025 Expo Exhibitor graphic to use on website/social media to promote your presence at the show

Please note that exhibitors will be responsible for purchasing electricity, carpeting and furniture for their booth space.

Exhibition Hall Aisle Sign Sponsorships

Again this year we will offer opportunities for companies to sponsor aisle signs. It’s a high-profile way to get your company’s name and brand in front of this key audience. An aisle sign can be purchased for $3,500. Conference Mobile App

We will work with an outside partner on a mobile app to maximize your exhibitor presence before, during, and after our conference. Look for ASLRRA emails to help you utilize this dynamic marketing tool.
