ASLRRA holds an annual conference each spring. This event encompasses an annual meeting, educational breakout tracks and an exhibit hall with more than 150 participants. Meeting topics are determined by current trends, changes, or developments in the rail industry with timely presentations by industry leaders, safety experts and government officials. Attendees are railroad officials from the U.S., Canada and Mexico, rail supply representatives and government officials. This exhibition is the only one dedicated to short line and regional railroads and the meeting attracts over 1,700 attendees and guests.
Early each year, the ASLRRA membership joins forces to gather in Washington, D.C. to bring the rail industry's message to Capitol Hill.
ASLRRA holds two Regional Meetings each year: Central & Pacific and Eastern & Southern, with the Finance & Administration and General Counsel Symposium co-located with either one on alternating years. These conferences offer dynamic agendas with top-notch speakers, compelling interactive sessions, and meaningful takeaways that will benefit professionals at every level of your organization. The meetings offer an engaging range of content with insightful panel discussions, informative subject matter experts, interactive breakout sessions with peer-to-peer collaborative learning, solid takeaways related to business best practices, tools and resources, plus hours of networking with industry peers, customers, and supplier partners.
