To enter, submit a written description of your railroad’s marketing initiative in the December or January prior to the ASLRRA Connections Convention. You will need to provide six copies of your entry. Your entry should contain sufficient detail to allow outside judges to understand and assess the essential elements of your program. Photos and video tapes are welcome, but are certainly not necessary. Should you choose to provide either of these supplementary items, you must provide six copies so that each of our judges may have a complete set. Any photographs or videos submitted to ASLRRA cannot be returned. Nominations can be sent to the following address:
